Guy’s and St. Thomas NHS Foundation Trust

By implementing a digital workforce, the Guy’s and St. Thomas NHS Foundation Trust dramatically improved its patient waiting lists management. The automation efforts corrected over 54,000 errors, returning 1,300 hours to staff. This collaboration highlighted how strategic use of intelligent automation can significantly enhance operational efficiency and data quality in healthcare settings.

Electronic Patient Records (EPRs)

Intelligent Automation (IA) is transforming Electronic Patient Record (EPR) rollouts across NHS Trusts, addressing the complex challenges of data migration and system integration crucial for digital transformation. With a strategic goal for 95% of Trusts to implement EPR by March 2025, leveraging IA is proving essential for enhancing system performance and interoperability.
