
We had the pleasure of attending the HSJ Partnership Awards 2025 on March 20th at Evolution London. The event celebrated outstanding collaborations between the NHS and its partners, highlighting innovative projects that have significantly improved patient care and service efficiency.
We’re proud to share that our collaborative project with University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust and Netcall was recognised in thePatient Engagement and Experience Initiative of the Year category.
This impactful project helped the Trust reduce its outpatient waiting list by 13%, through a combination of automated patient outreach and intelligent automation that efficiently processed responses directly into the Trust’s PAS system. It’s a brilliant example of how strategic partnerships and technology can solve some of the NHS’s biggest challenges.
