Contract Renewal -University of Sussex Hospitals

We’re pleased to confirm that e18 Innovation has renewed its automation partnership with University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust for a further 3 years.

UH Sussex is one of the largest NHS trusts in the country – and now a national reference point for how automation can transform elective recovery.

The waiting list validation automation, developed and rolled out with their teams, is one of the most successful use cases in the NHS:

🔹Saved 18 FTE’s worth of time
🔹13% of patients removed from the waiting list
🔹 4x faster validation compared to the manual process

They have also successfully automated the eRS referrals into their PAS and automated the Advice and Guidance process. We know these are key processes that also now save thousands of hours for the team.
