Reflecting on 2024: A year of Innovation, Growth, and Impact
As we enter a new year, I want to take this opportunity to celebrate the incredible milestones we’ve achieved together at e18 Innovation in the past 12 months. 2024 has been marked by significant growth, impactful partnerships, and industry recognition and we look forward to building on this success as we go into 2025!
Driving Thought Leadership: e18 Insights
At the start of 2024, we launched the e18 Insights Webinar Series, creating a platform for knowledge-sharing on key healthcare and automation challenges. We put these in place so you can hear first-hand from other NHS trusts about their experiences and success stories. We’re excited to bring you even more engaging sessions in 2025 showcasing NHS success stories and sharing in-depth Automation and AI experiences from our extensive customer and partner ecosystems.
Watch out for updates on the 2025 schedule!
e18 Innovation further solidified its position as a thought leader in the healthcare automation space by contributing to several key industry reports and publications. Our expertise was featured in the TechUK SME Report and Blog, where we shared insights on the role of SMEs in driving digital transformation across healthcare. We also provided valuable input to the HMFA Report offering perspectives on how automation can address financial challenges and improve operational efficiency within the NHS.
Strengthening Partnerships and Expanding Reach
In 2024, we deepened existing relationships and expanded our ecosystem, forging new partnerships and strengthening our presence across the NHS.
Our multi-vendor approach has been pivotal in delivering tailored automation solutions that align with the unique challenges and requirements of NHS Trusts. By partnering in 2024 with leading organisations such as Digital Workforce Services Plc, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Microsoft we are able to give a full offering to the market depending on requirements.
We are also incredibly proud of our new partnership with the School of Automation, which marks a significant step forward in our mission to support workforce development across the NHS. Through this collaboration, we are offering subsidised training courses designed specifically for our NHS customer base, empowering their teams to upskill and gain valuable expertise in automation technologies.
This year, we achieved significant growth with new and existing clients and deepened our engagement across Integrated Care Systems (ICSs).
Through a combination of renewals with trusted clients and the onboarding of new NHS organisations, we have expanded our footprint across multiple ICS regions, ensuring we continue to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that address the evolving needs of the healthcare sector.
This growth highlights our ability to build long-term relationships and provide the expertise, flexibility, and innovation that ICSs require to deliver impactful, system-wide transformation.
Showcasing Success: Real Impact in Action
At e18 Innovation, we believe case studiesare powerful tools for fostering collaboration, driving innovation, and inspiring progress across the healthcare sector. This year, we shared many examples of transformation through automation and now have over 300 processes to showcase across our customer base. This evidence-based library is what sets us apart and why so many NHS trusts are choosing to work with e18.
2024 Events
We love meeting NHS colleagues face to face to have the chance to hear about their plans for automation and AI in their organisations. We were able to present a few case studies alongside customers during these events which again allows us to showcase the numerous NHS success stories as well as share our in-depth automation expertise and knowledge to a wider audience.
The most successful of these events were our very own hosted ICS Automation Away Days. We held a few during the year and it gave the participating trusts the chance to collaborate and align towards their specific ICS goals.
