New Win: West Yorkshire and Harrogate Cancer Alliance
We’re delighted to announce that e18 Innovation has been selected to deliver a 12-week lung cancer pathway automation programme for the West Yorkshire Cancer Alliance.
Our scope:
- Map the full referral-to-discharge pathway for USC and upgrade patients
- Deliver 6 structured discovery workshops across Referral, Appointment, Assessment, Diagnosis, Treatment & Discharge
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce bottlenecks and improve patient outcomes
- Produce a comprehensive automation roadmap for the pilot Trust and region-wide scaling
This engagement builds on our proven pathway mapping approach and our position as strategic automation partner to the six WYAAT Trusts. Excited to drive measurable efficiencies and strengthen cancer performance across the region.
