New Business Announcement with Lincolnshire United Hospitals and Lincolnshire Community

e18 Innovation is excited to announce the renewal of its Intelligent Automation (IA) contracts with United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust and Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust, for a further three years.

These renewed partnerships follow a successful collaboration over the past three years, during which e18 Innovation has been instrumental in supporting the automation programmes at both trusts. Under the terms of the renewed agreements, both organisations have chosen to expand the service offerings they receive from e18 Innovation. Through comprehensive mentoring, hands-on workshops, and ongoing support, e18 Innovation will equip the trusts’ internal teams with the necessary skills to sustain and grow their automation programmes. This approach will not only foster self-sufficiency, but also further reduce administrative burdens, enhance efficiency, and allow healthcare professionals to focus on patient care.

In our advisory role, we have also been tasked with accelerating digital transformation initiatives across the trusts; we will aim to explore the potential of expanding the suite of automation solutions in use. Our flexible, multi-vendor approach ensures that we can provide the best-in-class technologies that are most suited to solving different challenges.

The extended partnerships will also place a strong emphasis on aligning with key strategic objectives of the Lincolnshire Integrated Care System (ICS), such as improving access to care, enhancing patient safety, and optimising resource allocation.

“We are thrilled to continue our partnerships with United Lincs and Lincs Community,” said Louise Wall, CEO of e18 Innovation. “These renewals not only reflect the successes we’ve achieved together so far, but also underscore our shared vision for a more efficient and patient-focused healthcare system. As the automation landscape in the NHS matures, we look forward to the next three years of collaboration and continued innovation.”
