Revolutionising Healthcare: West Yorkshire’s Innovative Approach to Intelligent Automation

Kerry Morgan, our Client Success Director at e18 Innovation, recently spoke at “The Intelligent Patient Portal – A Remarkable Solution” event, where she discussed the role of The Intelligent Portal within the context of an ICS.
The event also highlighted how the Intelligent Patient Portal (IPP) can transform ICB automation maturity from performance improvement to comprehensive system-wide change, optimising processes and enhancing patient care outcomes. EBO’s IPP seamlessly integrates with various systems, facilitating the use of diverse patient data for more meaningful patient interactions and better care support.
