Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, such as WIRPA, are consciously driving a cultural transition within RPA and the wider tech-sector.
Society has often recognised jobs within the tech-sector as better suited to a male skillset, however we must remain curious as to why that is, and continue to challenge these embedded views. As a woman already within the STEM workforce, I feel a responsibility to encourage young, capable females to realise their full potential and explore careers within tech.
I believe there has never been a better time for women to enter the growing industry, and programs such as WIRPA are key to cultivating a diverse, inclusive workplace for tomorrow.
